Mrs. Elsie Mae Washington departed this earthly life on Dec. 5, 2010. She was predeceased by her parents, Charlie E. Stagg and Margaret Lassiter, and her husband, George Washington. She was a member of Faith Cornerstone Holiness Church in Pughsville. She leaves to mourn her: her children, sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives.

A funeral of triumph will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010 at the Faith Cornerstone Holiness Church, Pughsville. Bishop Otto Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Little Mount Zion Church Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday, Dec. 10 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Harris Funeral Home has been entrusted with the home going services.
