Mojesteon Harrell, 90, of Corapeake, N.C., died Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010 at Down East Health Care in Gates, N.C. He was a native of Nansemond County and the son of the late Daniel and Evella Harrell. He was preceded in death by sisters, Clementine Jones, Sherry Brown, Ella Keet, Vivian Blunt, Barbara Wilson; one brother, Walter Harrell.

He was a trustee at Mt. Ararat Christian Church.

He leaves to cherish his memory: one sister, Roxanna Taylor; a devoted first cousin, Sylvester Jones (Margaret), of Suffolk, Va.; two nephews, Eugene Jubray (Eunice), of Portsmouth, Va. and Booker Jubray (Cinthea), of Hampton, Va.; other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, Dec. 6, 2010 at Mt. Ararat Christian Church, 1860 Airport Road, Suffolk officiated by Dr. H.H. Murrill. Interment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery. Family and friends will assemble at Crocker Funeral Home Monday at noon for the procession to the church.
