Ms. Norma L. Stephens, 40, passed away Friday, Oct. 15, 2010. A native of Florida, she is survived by her two daughters, Kayla and Michelle Graham, both of Suffolk; one sister, Charlene Hill, of Rocky Mount, N.C.; devoted friends, Julia Liggins, of Windsor, and Paul and Lisa Guy, of Suffolk, as well as many other friends and caregivers.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Nansemond Suffolk Cemetery and Chapel Mausoleum by the Rev. Johnny L. Cook. The family will assemble at the home by noon on Wednesday. Professional services entrusted to Tynes-Edwards Funeral Service.
