Albert Lee Bynum

Albert Lee Bynum passed away Sunday, Aug. 29, 2010 in York Hospital in Pennsylvania. He was the son of Pearlean Bynum and the late Frank A. Bynum. He was in the U.S. Navy and a long distance truck operator where he retired after 25 years. Mr. Bynum was predeceased by two brothers, James and Frank Bynum Jr.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Jonathan Bynum, Shameika Skinner, Latoya Skinner, Dontae Skinner, Travis Skinner, all of Suffolk; three brothers, Andrew Bynum (Shirley), Rickey Bynum (Cathy), Darrell Bynum; three sisters, Lenora Jones, Mary Hairston, Deborah Riddick (Major), all of Suffolk; five grandchildren, one uncle, Lynn E. Smith, of Washington, D.C.; four aunts, Edith Jones, Virginia Pittman, of New York, Daisy Bynum, Sadie Bynum, of Suffolk; a devoted special friend, Gracie Webber; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held at noon Friday, Sept. 3, 2010 at New Mount Joy Food for Living Ministries officiated by Pastor Viola Parker. Interment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
